1. Eligibility

To register and play you must be at least 18, or of the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. It is for you to confirm that online gambling is lawful in your country. Lucky Boom Casino holds an offshore licence, not a national one.

2. Your account

Each person may hold one account. Please provide accurate details and ensure the name on your account matches the name on your payment method. Keep your login details safe. Further accounts under the same name, device or payment method may be closed without notice. Formal requests — self-exclusion and account closure among them — have to be sent from your registered email address.

3. Deposits

Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome deposit). Cards are limited to 10 payments a day and 40 a month, with ceilings of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card. Fiat and crypto balances are kept apart and cannot be merged.

4. Withdrawals

Full verification precedes every withdrawal: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the past three months, all in matching names. As an anti-money-laundering requirement, deposited funds must first be wagered at least three times. The smallest withdrawal is €40, and requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Non-jackpot winnings are limited to €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins are never capped. A withdrawal above a method's per-payment limit may be settled in instalments. A withdrawal that is still pending may be cancelled before it completes.

5. Bonuses

Each bonus has to be activated in your profile before the qualifying deposit is made. Only one bonus may be active at a time. The welcome privilege carries ×40 wagering and the first live bonus ×15. While a bonus is being wagered the maximum stake is €5 per spin or round (€1 on the bonus for the first deposit). Slots count 100%, live play 10%, table games and video poker 0%. Bonus winnings are limited to €10,000 across all bonuses, and the cash-out after wagering to 10 times the initial bonus. 6. Dormant accounts

Should an account show no activity for six consecutive months, a charge of €10 a month applies for as long as a positive balance remains.
